What Do We Do?

Project Equality creates opportunities for facilitated community discussions, programs, seminars and one-on-one coaching- all focused on combating discrimination and encouraging equality.

  • Through engaged discussion groups, representatives from organizations have the opportunity to exchange the latest diversity and inclusion efforts. Few opportunities exist for individuals and organizations to come together as a unified force for equality and justice.
    • Project Equality provides opportunities for groups to come together to develop strategies to enhance workplace effectiveness.
      • Programs and seminars provide real life answers for professionals seeking to provide a workplace free of harassment and discrimination and conversely a workplace where all staff members are valued and respected.
        • One on one coaching is available for people who need more clear-cut boundaries and limits defined for their personal interactions.

In the economic environment we are in today, organizations need to be more profitable, streamlined and productive. Profits and funding is down; programs and products are under economic fire. Organizations should not look at the economic or productivity crunch they are facing as an excuse not to address equality and fairness in their workplace. There are economic benefits to operating a diverse, equality driven workplace. There are economic benefits to operating business in a diverse community.

Project Equality supports an effective community and workplace with an approach of fairness and equity for all persons. We seek new solutions, not the old adversarial relationships of the past.
